These terms apply to this website and to registering for Delta Youth Carnival 2026, organised by The Ruby Awareness Initiative Foundation ("the organisers"). By registering or applying, you accept them.
Registering to attend
- Registration is free and helps the organisers plan the carnival.
- Give accurate details and register only yourself. One registration per person.
- If you are under 18, you must have a parent or guardian's agreement to register.
- Entry to the venue is subject to capacity and any entry, safety and conduct rules the organisers or venue announce. The organisers will share event-day instructions with registered attendees.
Vendor applications
- Applying is free and doesn't guarantee a space. The organisers decide which applications to approve.
- Approved vendors will be told about any fees, set-up times and rules before the event. A space is only confirmed once the organisers confirm it to you directly.
- You're responsible for the products and services you offer, and for any permits they require.
- Only upload photos and documents you have the right to share.
Event details
The date, time, venue and programme shown on this site may change. The organisers will post changes here and contact registered people where possible.
Using this website
Don't misuse the site, attempt to access the admin area or other people's data, submit false or automated registrations, or interfere with how it works. The organisers may remove registrations that break these terms.
Logos, photos and content
The Delta Youth Carnival name and logo, The Ruby Awareness Initiative Foundation logo, and the photos and text on this site belong to the organisers or their partners. Don't use them commercially without permission.
Personal data
How we use your data is explained in the privacy policy.
Liability
The organisers work to keep this site accurate and available but can't guarantee it will always be error-free. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Nigerian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
